Residential only. Fees are for Premier Energy Savings Club only and are automatically charged to the credit card on file each month. Automatic Charges will continue until the customer communicates with the Office to cancel giving a 30-day notice after the first 6 months. ***Payments made are NOT refundable***. Club benefits include our 15% discount on service repairs excluding accessory purchases and two routine maintenance visits. Although the office will attempt to schedule routine maintenance visits, the customer is responsible for any visits missed. This agreement can move with you as long as you remain in our service area.
